How to Order the Books
300 Tunes from Mike Rafferty and Second Wind are available for $25 US each, plus shipping/packaging. Bulk discounts are available. Please for all details, and include your location to check shipping cost.
Order by snail mail: Checks to be made out to Lesl Harker in US dollars. Remember to include your shipping address too! Contact me by email (see link above) to get my mailing address.
Order by Limited form of Paypal: only non-card Paypal, such as e-checks (preferred), but unfortunately not credit/debit cards - only payments from "PayPal account balances and bank account payments not funded by a card." You can pay directly in Paypal, to leslharker at hotmail.com. (Please note that I cannot ship books prior to payment.)
Shipping and handling for one book (as of March 2009):
Most areas within the USA: (add your "+4" numbers to zip code to speed the delivery.)
- $4.00 media mail (approx 4-14 business days for delivery) or
- $6.00 Priority Mail (3 business days according to the post office)
International Orders:
- Usually around $13 US. Please send me an e-mail with your country/address so I can work out the shipping charges for you without obligation.
If you wish to order more than one book: please with your details and shipping destination. The postal costs depend on weight and distance.
