How to Order the Book
The book is $20 US plus shipping/packaging.
Snail mail: Checks to be made out to Lesl Harker. Please to obtain the address to send your check or money order in US dollars. Remember to include your shipping address too!
Limited form of Paypal: I can accept bank account funded Paypal, such as e-checks, but unfortunately not credit/debit cards - only payments from "PayPal account balances and bank account payments." You can pay directly in Paypal, to leslharker at hotmail.com, or, if you wish, to request a Paypal invoice to your email address. (Please note, however, that I cannot ship books prior to payment.)
If you wish to order more than one book: please with your details and shipping destination. The postal costs depend on weight and distance.
Credit card: purchase from Ossian USA. In Ireland, copies are available from Custy's Music.
Shipping and handling (as of August 2006):

to zip code to speed the delivery.)
$4.00 media mail (approx 4-14 business days for delivery) or
$6.00 Priority Mail (2 business days according to the post office)
International Orders :
Usually around $11 US. Please with your country/address
